I am waiting for my contract to run out and am going to use another software system due to the 1) shoddy technical support, 2) unresponsive customer support and 3) haphazardly put together software that Christian James has put out. Thank you Jason for posting your experience. I only wish great reviews such as this, and such as what I also recently found here: http://www.softplatz.com/Info/Christian-James-Inc.html existed when I was researching Point of Sale (POS) systems. I actually approached Paygo primarily because of the MacOS Retail POS link from the Apple website... next time I'll know better than to do that.
